full webpage of theme not showing

  • hi, i am new to wordpress. i have installed oceanwp theme. before installing i checked a preview. full theme, i mean webpage images menu logo, everything is showing. now i installed and activated a theme oceanwp.. after activation i clicked on customize.. in customize page on the right hand side only black background and some text is showing… right now i have still not created any post or pages…. but atleast when i click on customize it should show full web page what i saw in preview before activating the theme. so after that i start customizing the logo webpage and rest of the menus.. but why it is not showing full webpage… but when i tried theme (combat) showing full webpage in customize option.

    To check for errors on your website, enable the debug log in WordPress or check the super administrator’s email inbox if the site encounters an error. If you see any critical errors, you can send them here.

    Also, in the meantime, if possible, perform a basic troubleshooting checkup method and make sure the issue is related to our theme or plugin(s). To do this, deactivate all other plugins, then activate them one by one and check for this issue. Continue doing this until you find out what product is causing a conflict with our product.

    In addition, in order to better understand the condition of your website and the issue you are encountering, kindly provide us with your system environment information. To do this, please go to WP Dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info Tab and click on the button Copy site info to clipboard.
