Hello, very good complement, the only thing that doesn’t work for me is the masonry layoud view, I don’t know why it doesn’t load correctly, in the editor it does represent it but when publishing all the images appear at full width one below the other.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi ervane,
    Hope you are doing well.

Thanks for sharing the URL with us. I have visited the page that you shared but it is showing password protected content. Please check this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/98rYo3

However, I have checked this on my end with the Image Gallery Block version 1.3.4 and found that the image are visible properly. Please check this screencast: https://d.pr/v/9Or2mW

Will you please provide us the password of the protected page so that I can check the issue and assist you?

    Thank you.

    Hi ervane,

Thanks for letting us know the update. It may happen due to the conflict also. Can you please check for plugin conflicts by following this:

Plugin conflict check: Often, we see problems occur in combination with another plugin or theme. The fastest way to rule out any conflict is to temporarily deactivate all the plugins except the Image Gallery Block plugin. Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin => Plugins, and then deactivate other plugins.

After deactivating all plugins, check if the issue still persists. If the issue goes away, then a plugin conflict is likely.

Enable plugins one by one: Reactivate your plugins one by one, checking the website after each activation to see if the issue reappears. This will help you identify the plugins causing the conflict.

Besides, you can switch to a different theme like Astra, Flexia, or Twenty Twenty Three. And, check back as well.

Let me know how it goes.
    Thank you!

    Hi?ervane,

Thanks for sharing the details and URL with us. I have visited that page and found that it is showing the JS error on the console from the Listdom plugin. Please check this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/bXF6OB

Will you please tell me if you are using any Listdom plugin on your website? If that is so, then please deactivate that Listdom plugin and check if that resolves your issue.

    Thank you.
