Losing Theme when logged into WordPress

    If I am logged into wordpress, I lose my theme formatting. If I use an incognito browser, I don’t have that problem. The error is below.

    If I Regenerate Styles in Otter Blocks Settings, I get 1 display of the page properly but on refresh, the below error returns.

    Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://<mysite>/&#8217; was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet ‘https://<mysite>/wp-content/uploads/themeisle-gutenberg/widgets-1716065964.css?ver=2.6.12&#8217;. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

    I have cleared browser cache and all the hosting caches.

    This problem comes and goes seemingly at random. I can do hours/days without the problem but now I can’t get it to work properly at all.
