Video Schema UploadDate (ISO plus Timezone)

I have the following issue reported on Google Search Console in regards to Video Schema

Datetime property ‘uploadDate’ is missing a time zone

Based on Google′s documentation the format should be: 2024-05-20T16:35:51+10:00

Thats ISO and the time zone.

Under General and Settings the timezone has been correctly setup as +10:00, and the date and time formats are option c, for 2024-05-20T16:35:51+10:00. Which seems correct.

Still the problem remains with every single video date I upload.

So far I have contacted the theme and SEO plugin developers, and both have indicated that is not something coming from them. My best guess is that is coming from wordpress itself.

Can anyone indicate how you solved this issue to comply with Google Video Object shema requirements?
