Divi Torque Lite error – image carousel broken

    Our site is suddenly reporting an error and the image carousel, which is an important feature of our homepage, has stopped working, showing blue blocks where the images should be.   • Hey, I’m having the same issue. We can see the images on the back end when we are editing the website but on the front end no body can see the images. Please help us too!

    Things we’ve tried:

    • Clearing cache
    • Reviewing custom CCS for possible background overlay colours
    • deactivate and reactivate pluggins
    • Rollback divi torque lite to a previous version

    I have a similar issue: image and testimonial carousels are no longer working after the update.

    I tried all of the above, nothing worked. We have WP 6.4.4

    Hi, these are my errors:

    • testimonial carousels not showing
    • logo carousel not showing

    Our has the similar issue: pricing & services carousel showing blue images and our team carousel not showing images. It shows on our home page: ayoua.com as well as all the other pages: just blue images where the carousel’s are. I tried to attach a screenshot but it doesn’t seem like it’s working. Thank you!

    You have mentioned two issues:

    1. Regarding the Pro module’s shortcode display, we cannot provide support for the Pro version here due to WordPress support terms. Please get in touch with our support team directly for assistance with this matter.
    2. For the blue images on the logo carousel, this issue should be resolved in version 4.0.4.

    Hi, thank you, The problem with the logo carousel is now solved after the update. I already contacted the support the problem with the testimonial carousel, which is actually impacting us visually very bad.

    Hi @tonyrosso,

    The issue has been completely resolved. It is possible that your issue is related to cache.

    We interviewed over 10 users, and everyone confirmed that the problem is resolved.

    Could you let me know which module you are using and experiencing this issue with? It might be a bug from another module.

    I’m still experiencing an issue on a site I’m helping with – when I updated from Lite 3.66 to 4.05, the Timeline just displays the shortcode. When I go to the DiviEpic dashboard, it says Divi Torque Pro isn’t installed. It was activated with a Lifetime membership. I tried deactivating both Lite and Pro and re-enabling and the problem persists. I cleared all cache I’m using as well. I had to revert to a backup so it wouldn’t look bad live. How should I handle this? Thanks!
