duplicate entry ‘0’ for key ‘primary’

    Every time I try to save a form I get this error :
    duplicate entry ‘0’ for key ‘primary’

    Can anyone please advise on how to fix it.

    Hello!

    That’s weird, could you update the plugin to the latest version (1.2.171) and try again. I did a change that hopefully will fix the issue.
