• Hey,

I’m running the latest W3 total cache, WP 3.0.1, only recently installed.
Using rackspacecloud’s CDN, which is mostly working…

I have a bunch of images in the “unsuccessful file transfers” queue, They all had the error of “object already exists” – which seems a little strange, like it’s trying to upload them twice.

These are for posts recently published, so I uploaded the images and W3TC auto-moved them into the CDN (twice?).

Anyone know why this is happening?

    Thanks,
    -Dan

Unfortunately the upload operations were timing out or otherwise inexplicably failing. Simply empty the unsuccessful transfers queue.

    Hmm, thanks for the reply.
Unfortunately, this is still happening on every single image I upload to my site.

    Any further suggestions?
    Thanks,
    -Dan

Can you try the development version of the plugin?
