Login failed in woocommerce mobile app

Let’s start by determining how you wish to connect your site to the mobile app. There are two ways to connect: with Jetpack or without Jetpack (using application passwords).

If you connect to the app with Jetpack, you’ll get to enjoy the app’s full features, including:

• Visitor stats tracking
• Order notifications
• Editing of passwords for password-protected products

Once your site is connected to Jetpack, please log in to the app using your WordPress.com account. i’m trying setup jetpack but show error everytime -An error occurred. Please try again. Without jetpack my woocommerce mobile app not working .what to do

Can you share more details about the error received? On which step of the instructions provided did you get the error? Can you share a screenshot of it, please? You can use a service like https://prnt.sc/ or https://snipboard.io/ to do that.

Could you please go to jetpack.com and log in there?
Once you log in check which websites are available in your Jetpack dashboard.

I want to verify if there is any problem with the Jetpack account.
