Organization as an Author?

Hi, I am working on schema markups and just learned that an organization can be an author. That would be great for us! We have several people write. So, how do I do that?

Jean Scott is the owner and lead Realtor for our business. I could put all the articles under her name with all the fields filled in under /wp-admin/users/.

Or, should I create an author with the business name, First Name: Jean Scott, Last Name: Homes, and fill in all the fields?

Is there some other best practice for this strategy?
