Mada Problem

  • Hello,

    Checkout process, when a customer chooses Mada Debit Card as payment method, the following error appears:

    “Your transaction not completed. Invalid request message. The request contains structural errors.”

    But When the customer chooses Credit Card as the payment method and enters?Mada Card details, the checkout and payment completes successfully.

    Your help in resolving the problem is much appreciated
