Thanks for visiting the support forum! Before you post, please read these few rules:
If you are a paying customer, please do not post here. Commercial products cannot be supported here per the WordPress guidelines: https://www.ads-software.com/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products
Paying customers should request support at https://wpadcommander.com/support/.
If you have a “how-to” question, please be sure you have read all documentation. “Help” links are available in the WordPress admin and full documentation is available on our website.
If you have a technical issue, please search the forum prior to opening a new thread. Also, please make sure you have completed the following steps:
- You are using the most up-to-date version of Ad Commander
- Deactivate all plugins and see if this solves your issue. If it solves the problem, please activate one by one until the issue returns. If you believe you have found a plugin conflict, do please still contact us. We will try to resolve plugin conflicts where possible.
- If you have a caching plugin enabled, please purge the cache.
- Edit your wp-config.php and set WP_DEBUG to true. Reload the page and look for any errors that may give insight into the problem.
When submitting a question, please provide the following:
- Describe the issue in detail, including exact steps to reproduce.
- Share info from Site Health (Tools -> Site Health) with us.
- If the issue appears to be a browser issue, please provide the operating system, browser, and versions of both.
