    I have a woocommerce site where I use this plugin where, given certain conditions, vat is set to 0. The order is submitted but if for some reason there was a problem and the order is rejected stripe does a second attempt where it puts the vat back as if the initial conditions were not set, this way the customer pays vat when they should not. I have read that stripe has as a big bug that it does not send from woocomerce the separate calculations of the order and I can see this also from the logs, however I would need that on subsequent attempts the logics are applied correctly

    Hi @jumptech,

    This is a very interesting case and I’d like to learn more so we can replicate it on our test sites. Can you share more about the conditions for the VAT to be 0? As for the orders that failed, could you share details about why they’ve failed? Do you have the Stripe logs enabled?

    How is the order being retried? Is it on the same checkout page immediately after the error? Again, if you have the order logs, we’d be able to learn more from them.

    In the meantime, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report?which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs?(if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
