Can’t Delete Product Attributes

This is a bizarre issue, but one that I can explain. I have a very large WooCommerce product catalog with many legacy Attributes. Please remember that there seem to be two flavors of Product Attributes. The first are universal and apply to ALL products and the second are Attributes that only pertain to one product (i.e. you create the Attribute on the fly while you are in the create product page).

I am unable to delete all of these Attributes. The vast majority of these are not universal Attributes, but, for some reason, they now appear on this Attributes page where only universal Attributes are supposed to be. It seems that a database migration at some point might have merged all Attributes (universal and ad hoc). But none of these can be deleted and it’s impacting Action Scheduler issues such as Attributes look up table. Essentially, I want ALL Attributes deleted.

I try to delete and the Attribute does not “delete.”

I try to edit and get the error “Error: non-existing attribute ID.”

I have cleared all transients, caches, etc.
