the caching function of our plugin requires LiteSpeed webserver or QUIC cloud CDN , in which you are running on nginx , which means the cache won’t work , only the page optimization

The server runs on litespeed. Nginx is a proxy and behind it is shared hosting.

looks to me , your provider did not configure the cache engine at server-configuration properly

    please contact them for assistance

Unfortunately, the hosting provider has not yet found a solution. Still no-cache in Query Monitor.

So I solved this by connecting the website to CDN QuicCloud and the cache is created on QuicCloud. The website is now running normally, loading from the Google search link takes less than 1s.

I think the real solution is to switch to native wordpress hosting and point the domain to that hosting. My current hosting tariff was not natively for wordpress hosting – there was no litespeed web server, it was added there additionally.

hmmmm? maybe you can ask your provider to log a ticket with our server department to help them on that conf

So unfortunately solved by importing the site to a competing hosting. The provider was not able to solve the problem… Now everything is working as it should.
