    Whenever I am in the “My Account” section of the website, if I try to click on any of the tabs “Account Details”, “Payment Methods”, “Shipping and Billing” etc, it just takes me back to the same “My Account” section of the website. It does this on all of the tabs. I checked all the endpoints and they seem to be correct when I hover over the tab, for example: (https://djalkemy.co.uk/my-account/view-order/ but it just keeps on showing the My Account page, even if the address bar shows it to be the view-order address.

    Hello @alkemy007,

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.

    To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here.

    Hi Rajesh. I did that and found that the issue seems to be with the “Ultimate Member” plugin. I’m not sure why it has all of a sudden became a problem, as it was working a little while ago.
