    Does this plugin need to stay active on the site once we run it? Thank you so much. P.S. We use Clicky analytics on our site too!

    No, I’m sorry. This plugin needs to keep running to do its work. If you want to get rid of the tags forever, you could use Fewer Tags Pro to merge / delete them and create redirects for them.
