    We use a shipping plugin that changes the “completed” order status to “shipped” and adds a customer order status of “delivered”. When we place an order with the POS it marks the order as shipped. How can we change it so orders done on the POS after being placed default to the “delivered” order status?

    It appears that your third-party shipping plugin is modifying the order status, which is also affecting the order status in wePOS. This plugin forcefully changes the WooCommerce order status, and since wePOS relies on WooCommerce’s order status functionality, it inherits these changes.

    To address this issue, we recommend consulting the support team of the respective shipping plugin. They will be able to provide specific guidance or adjustments needed to ensure that orders placed through the POS default to the “delivered” order status.
