All in One SEO Pack Google Index Delay

I’ve noticed that when I publish a post without changing the post meta title it gets indexed almost right away.

If I use the all in one seo box during creating a post and change the post title a little bit it can take days or up to a week.

Lets say my post title is “My 10 favorite things I did while in Hawaii” and I change the post meta title using the All in One SEO Box to “10 things to do in Hawaii”. This results in a big google index delay. Anyone else?
