How to get rid of the /index.php/ from my URL?

  • In the Admin > Settings area you have a menu for permalinks look at the options to change the structure there.

    adeptris … thanks for your time but this is not helping ??

    I know very well the Permalinks changing page but even if i chose the custom /%postname%/ i still get the /index.php/postname/ in the URL…

    I managed to fix it via .htaccess.
