3D Secure Pop Up Windows

    Dear Team,

    In some cases the 3D Secure Pop Up Windows does not open. It seems that depends on the mobile terminal used by the customer.

    We have tested the payment in several mobile phones with success. However, we have found one terminal where the Pop Up never appears and so is not possible to use it to pay (it was one androide Huawei P10 Lite).

    Since sometimes it happens with customers we have tried to understand the root cause with this particular terminal we have found, but without success.

    At logs we are not seeing any error. On the terminal we tested, it was not possible to check the cause. Its not related to pop up blockers.

    Please share any additional information you may have regarding this issue under mobile point of view.
