    Hi,

When opening the quickview on mobile , all images are shown fullwidth underneath each other, which can create a enormous long scroll to the product info. Somehow it doesn’t just show the main image and then a thumbnail slider. Could you please let me know if you have a fix for this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,
it’s look like a conflict with the Quick View plugin.
we will try to fix it in the next release if we get enough requests or mark it as a to-do in the future release.

Okay, thanks. I’ll make my own adjustments first then.

    Hi,

This is not resolved yet. Also, on the desktop by the way.

The wpgs-nav is showing underneath the wpgs-for in the same size, instead of in a slider navigation
The main images are also showing below each other. So the navigation slider just doesn’t work at all in the YITH QuickView modal.

in the quick view popup or the single product page?

The quickview popup. It works on the SP page.

I just checked the JavaScript file from YITH Quickview, and it seems they do not provide any event for the AJAX trigger, so it’s not possible to make it work in the quick view popup.

    Hi Niloy,

Thanks for the update. I’ll try with YITH to find a solution then.

    Hi Niloy,

Their support is asking where you need this trigger so your functionality will work?
They will try and implement this and I can post it in here for any future reference.

Never mind, I just found out they use a trigger, but I didn’t find it on the first check. When I read the conversation and rechecked their JS code, I found that they already have a trigger for the quick view loaded.

For now, please replace the JavaScript code located at [ woo-product-gallery-slider/assets/js/wpgs.js ] with this new one.https://pastebin.com/tdNJA7GY

    Hi Niloy,

Thanks for the effort, but it is still the same. I have no caching plugin installed. I’ve deleted the browser cache but there’s no change.

Did you enable global assets option from plugin advanced settings?

    Rookie mistake ??

It was turned off. It works now!
I just need to do some CSS, but it works.

Thank you so much for your help Niloy!

    Hi Niloy,

The same issue is back. I’ve checked your plugin code and nothing has changed, so it should work. I’ve enabled the option for the scripts to load through the whole site, but that doesn’t help.

Could there be a change in the quickview plugin which makes yours not work?

I actually had to disable the plugin, because it was giving loads of errors on my shop. YITH Wishlist wasn’t loading anymore, loading it through the whole site didn’t work anymore and Divi’s related products module didn’t show any image in YITH quickview. I’ll happily use your plugin again if there’s a fix, but it’s now useless somehow
