    On some products variations not saving at all, after clicking “Save variations” button in some time they just dissappear

    In logs no errors about variations

    It happens only with a few products(5+). In other variable products variations saves normally

    From what I gather, the issue is focused on said 5 variable products.

    Just to clarify, what difference might there be between how these specific 5 variable products are set up and the other variable ones?

    Also, when did this started happening? Is it related with a plugin update, perhaps?

    To be sure, did you already have a chance to test with only the WooCommerce plugin active, and see if the issue persists, or otherwise?

    About 5 products this is only that we’ve checked for now. In our site we have 200+ products.

    We’ve disabled all plugins for woocommerce, but the issue still there

    This started after WordPress update on 1 June

    This is a strange problem.
    Are the added variations visible after page refresh and do they disappear after a few minutes?
    Or do they simply disappear after the page refresh?

    Could you try adding variations to one of the products and record a video using Loom or a similar tool?
    Seeing the process in action will help me understand the problem in a better way.
    Also, show me the Attributes while making the making the video.

    Hi @saquiter

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Create a staging site or conduct it on your live site.
    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you do not see the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To determine which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Additionally, head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients – Clear
    • Clear template cache – Clear
    • Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
    • Clear customer sessions -Clear
    • Product lookup tables – Regenerate
    • Regenerate the product attributes lookup table – Regenerate

    Next, please clear your browser cache and then check again.

    We figured it out, the problem was in WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency plugin!
