Scan not a QR nor a bar code, but just numbers

  • Hi: I had checked you great plugin, and I need to Scan not a QR nor a bar code, but just numbers (a set of 8 numbers on a line). Could this be con done with your plugin?. Thanks…

    Yes it will work, however it actually more depends on the reading device.

    If you find a hand-gun scanner device which can also read text/numbers – then our plugin will work flawlessly with such device.

    Hi Dmitry, thanks a lot you for your great support. I have these questions…
    1- the client will use the Camera of a cell phone, and the QR reader will be inside a progesive web app, built with WPMobile .app plugin. Could it work?;
    2- if he uses a hand-gun, how to send that info to wordpress?;

    With some extra configuration it is possible communication between progressive web app and the our plugin.

    If hand-gun scanner will be connected using keyboard emulation – our plugin will work with it without additional configuration.
