Error: Your form is not valid, please fix the errors!

    Whenever someone fills out this form, it takes them to paypal, makes them login, then allows them to pay (so it looks like) but then it kicks back to our page right after it says “submitting” and says “Error: Your form is not valid, please fix the errors!” – what do we do to fix?

    I imported your form to my lab site and I was able to replicate same issue. This issue has been flagged for our SLS Team so that they can dig into this issue further for you. We will post an update here as soon as more information is available.

    Hi @mouschi,

    I hope you are doing well today!

    Our SLS team suggests to add the option values for the radio-16 field (Add a Birthday Bib & Hat?). You seem to have added the option labels but missed adding the option values and that’s creating this error "radio-16": "Selected value does not exist." and eventually failing the payment.

    Please correct those errors and let us know if you need further help on this.
