When two product bundles containing identical items are added, the first instance of such an item is transferred to the CRM, but the second one is not. This leads to incomplete information about the bundles being transferred. Here’s a specific example based on the screenshots:- Two bundles are added to the cart, each containing identical items. The screenshots show that in the first bundle, the item “Battery for Wollmer D707 vertical vacuum cleaner” is added and transferred to the CRM, whereas the identical item from the second bundle is not transferred. Additionally, the second instance of the “HEPA filter for Wollmer D707 vertical vacuum cleaner” is also not transferred to the CRM.Key Points of the Problem:When identical items are present in different bundles, the CRM receives information only about the first occurrence of the item, ignoring subsequent ones. This may be related to how the Product Bundles or WooCommerce Simla plugin processes duplicate items when transferring data to the CRM.Screenshots:
