    Hello @coryjames038

Thank you for reaching out to us, WooCommerce is not yet fully compatible, but it can be configured to work at a basic level.

    1) I will suggest disabling AMP on cart and checkout pages

    2) Update cart behavior settings to redirect on adding a product in cart and disabling Ajax add to cart check on from Archive.

Additionally, I will suggest using the AMP Enhancer plugin, it can help you in addressing some Incompatibilities in WoCommerce.

    We hope this helps!

    Hello @coryjames038

I am looking at the HTTP response for the request to add to cart, the body includes:

Not Acceptable! An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.

We have noted down steps required to be taken in our documentation

I will recommend checking a similar topic you opened 2 years ago in order to find what steps you have taken to resolve the issue.

    We hope this helps!

I just contacted with my hosting provider, this is what they said –
    1. AMP is hitting some gloally blocklisted rules which cause threat to the security of the server due to which they are completely blocked and cannot be whitlisted
    2. Thankyou for your patience Cory on checking with server admins currently please check the logs above that I have shared the rules which are getting hit are globally blacklisted rules that cannot be whitelisted since they are creating a security threat on server
    3. I have checked with server admins as well here it is advisable to check with plugin support and share these logs with them they can help to remove such vulnerable code or you can consider switching to some alternative plugin as well that might help.

the rule that is getting is caused because the external resources are trying to access the remote file server which may cause possible Remote File Injection attempt Remote File Injection (RFI) is a type of security vulnerability that allows an attacker to include a remote file, usually through a script on the web server. This is typically caused by improper handling of user input in web applications.

Please confirm this with plugin support that such rules are vulnerable to the security of the server and are globally blacklisted.

    Hello @milindmore22 ,
I’ve changed the AMP setting to sandbox moderate; everything is good now, but no price is showing, and no product is going in the add-to-cart option. Please check the attached image.

    Hi @coryjames038

Following up on your last message, I believe allowing __amp_source_origin query parameters is a reasonable solution. We’ve encountered similar situations with other websites, and enabling them hasn’t caused any major security concerns.

However, if your hosting team advises against it, we can’t advise you further as we are unfortunately limited support for AMP plugin and can’t suggest other solutions regarding hosting or security firewalls.

When you change to sandboxing mode, that makes changes added by the AMP Enhancer plugin to not affect, which was causing a price issue on your website.

    We hope this helps!

    Hi @coryjames038

I have two solutions for you.

    1. I recommend switching off the sandboxing mode and adding __amp_source_origin parameter in the allow list for mod security.

    OR

    2. The WooCommerce compatibility was added by the AMP Enhancer plugin, please their support and check if they can make it available in Sandboxing mode.

    I hope this helps!

    Hello @milindmore22
I’ve allowed __amp_source_origin and switched off sandbox mode, and now it is working. Thank you. Milind.
