• Hello,

after upgrading to 4.0.3, our multisite WP install required us to run the ‘Data Optimization’ step on each WP site. We triggered the process but it seems something went wrong at some point, because now on 2 of our sites the warning about “Data Optimization is required “still appears although it seems it has ran (at the bottom of the page we see a “Finished at June 5, 2024 7:44 am” and no buttons are shown to allow us to re-ran the process

Do you use memcached or another object cache service?

Can you share the Info content from the Status tab? Thanks!

Hmmm. Smmes this was a transient error. Now it no longer displays. But what’s left for the 2 subsites is that I can see

    WP-Stateless: Data Optimization in Progress

A background process is optimizing your WP-Stateless data.?Please do not upload, change, or delete your media while this update is underway.

Clicking to the View Status button does not show progress info though…

    Hello @kristtranslate ,

The situation you described relates to the cache most of the time. If you experience such an issue please try to clear your cache of your site.

Also in our new release 4.1.1 we included some fixes to avoid such cache issues in the future.

    Thank you for your feedback!
