Amazing Plugins w/ Amazing Support

I have been using several of the FunnelKit plugins for at least six months now.

The FunnelKit Automations plugin has completely changed the way we process transactional emails, promotional newsletters, and SMS texts. We sell online classes, so we need to email students throughout their course. It’s nice to be able to send an SMS text 15 minutes before each class with the Zoom link (students love the convenience) and to be able to schedule various emails regarding course materials and downloads. Since it works with many other plugins including WooCommerce, we can simply set up the automations at the beginning of the year and everything gets done automatically without further thought. It is amazingly customizable with more features one could imagine.

The FunnelKit plugin has been a game changer. This plugin allows us to offer upsells, bump orders, and bundle packages during checkout which has significantly increased sales. With CartHopper we can skip the shopping cart and direct clients to the checkout page. Their checkout page has a mini cart with all the functioning of a standard cart page, but without extra clicks. I also love the customizable confirmation pages that allow us to provide specific information, special coupons, and much more to clients for each product or service they purchase. Our clients know exactly what to expect after a purchase, instant access to coupon codes, and when/where to find related emails, and a friendly reminder to check spam if they do not get said emails.

On top of the amazing functionality of the plugins themselves, technical support is by far the best I have ever experience with any plugin. We use a ton of plugins, including many WooCommerce plugins, but FunnelKit support wins hands down, super fast and very efficient.

I have nothing but praise for FunnelKit and their support team.

They have changed the way our website functions and they have increase sales in major way.
