Passwort zurücksetzen fehlerhaft wegen Real Cookie Banner

    Hallo,

    ich hatte bereits vor einiger Zeit einen Thread hier er?ffnet, dann aber verpeilt zu antworten. Ich nutze die kostenlose Version des Plugins.

    Zu meinem Problem:

    Ich nutze seit l?ngerem Real Cookie Banner und finde es richtig gut. Seit kurzem haben sich jedoch mehrere Benutzer bei mir gemeldet, dass die Funktion “Passwort zurücksetzen” fehlerhaft sei. Das Problem ist, dass man auf den Link in der E-Mail klickt um das Kennwort zurückzusetzen und man erh?lt dann 2x eine E-Mail mit unterschiedlichen Kennw?rtern.

    Wenn ich das Plugin deaktiviere funktioniert alles normal. Der Entwickler des “Ultimate Mebership Pro” Plugins schrieb mir folgendes:

    We've proceed some tests and this is happening because one of existent active plugins have some hooks that loads the same page and process multiple times, and is not related to the emails but when user access the website via that confirmation link received via initial email.

    Was kann ich tun?

    We’ve proceed some tests and this is happening because one of existent active plugins have some hooks that loads the same page and process multiple times, and is not related to the emails but when user access the website via that confirmation link received via initial email.

    Kannst du bitte kurz nachfragen, wie das technisch denn gemeint ist? Diese Antwort scheint mir sehr generisch zu sein.

    Wenn ich das Plugin deaktiviere funktioniert alles normal.

    K?nntest du bitte unter Cookies > Einstellungen die Content Blocker Funktionalit?t deaktivieren, und prüfen ob es dann wieder klappt? Wenn ja, aktiviere bitte den Content Blocker wieder und navigiere zu Cookies > Content Blocker und deaktiviere Content Blocker für Content Blocker und prüfe, ab wann es wieder klappt.

    Danke für die schnelle Rückmeldung. Wenn ich die Funktion Content Blocker deaktiviere, dann funktioniert alles wieder normal ??

    Wenn ich die Funktion wieder aktiviere, obwohl ich alle Content Blocker gel?scht habe, dann tritt der Fehler wieder auf. Es liegt also nicht an einem einzelnen Content Blocker, sondern an der Funktion als solches.

    Was kann ich nun tun?

    K?nntest du mir bitte ein kurzes Screencast-Video aufnehmen, in welchem du mit F12 die Netzwerkanfragen (Network Tab) offen hast, und nebenbei das Problem nachstellst?
