Use ACF fields in Product Short Description

(I mean the standard “shop” pages with the term “product list pages”)

What do you get on the pages with the problem? If you see the shortcodes, it means they’re not being expanded, but if you see errors, it might mean something else.

Can we see a sample page with the issue?

Here is a temporary login to the site. The login is as a customer as I am a bit wary to post an admin login on this public board:

I created a test shop category here with 1 product:
SupportTest – Abandoned Digital

As you can see, no errors but just lists the shortcodes, you can check the individual page of the product here:
Asus EAH5450 ATI Radeon HD 5450 – Abandoned Digital

On the individual page, the same “product short description” is used and there it works fine (blue square right of the product image).

Try this adding this code to your theme’s functions.php (or whatever Flatsome lets you use) OR using a custom code plugin:

add_filter( 'the_excerpt', 'do_shortcode' );

Try this, then:

add_filter( 'the_excerpt', 'do_shortcode', 99999999999 );

Hello, this does not work. I am starting to think it does not work because it are ACF shortcodes and not standard shortcodes from woocommerce? But regardless, it should work ??
