Customizer is loading all the time

    I haven’t been able to access the customizer in my WordPress for 2 days. I would really like to make adjustments. Every time I click on “Customizer” it just says “loading” and a white page.

    I deactivated all plugins, still the same problem.

    Then I activated a different theme and deactivated the Astra theme. Now the customizer is loading again.

    Because I love the Astra theme, I activated it again.

    Now I have the same problem again. The customizer is no longer loading.

    Because of the change of theme, my footer is no longer the same as before. And I would like to restore my website. I hope the problem can be fixed quickly.

    I have the same problem! Other themes load fine in wordpress cutomizer, but in Astra, part of the left menu column appears and the main screen is empty. At the same time, the browser shows that the page has already been fully loaded.

    Thank you very much. I updated the PHP and followed the instructions from the doc.

    But it didn′t help. Customizer is not loading in Google Chrome, in Ecosia it does.

    Thank you very much, unfortunately I still have the same problem.
    I have now contacted the Astra support team. I have just created a staging site.
    I am curious to see if there is a solution and what it is. ??

    If the issue continues, all you need is to check plugins and theme updates only. The loading issue is fixed without going into any other complication.
