Permissions based on user role and topic?

Hello,

I’m trying to create a basic Q & A section with bbpress.

I need two have two different forum categories/topics:

1. Introductions (a topic thread where everyone can post and reply to each other.)
2. A Q &A category, where any registered user can post a question as a new topic but only moderators/admins can reply to it ASWELL as the original topic starter who asked the question and may want to follow up.

Is this possible with BBP Private Groups?
