Based on your message, I assume that you are referring to Jetpack Stats. Is this correct? Jetpack Stats are free only for non-commercial sites. You can read more here:

If you don’t upgrade to a paid Jetpack Stats plan for a commercial site, you will have limited access to the Stats features. Specifically:

• Sites with more than a thousand monthly views will be limited to 7-day highlights and 7-day traffic charts. All other Stats modules will be hidden until a commercial Stats plan is purchased.
• Sites with less than a thousand monthly views will have access to the full dashboard, but advanced modules will remain hidden.

For example, let’s say that your site exceeds 1,000 monthly views, that means you’ll be limited to viewing 7-day highlights and 7-day traffic charts. All other Stats modules will remain hidden until you upgrade to a paid Stats plan.
