Can you please share some screenshots to help us investigate this further? I recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.
We need screenshots of:
- WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping
- WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Click on Edit on a Shipping Zone
- WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Click on Edit on a Shipping Zone > Click on edit on each shipping method so we can check the specific settings
- The cart/checkout page with the issue
Also, can you please try the steps below to see if the issue persists:
- Delete the free shipping you current have set up
- Add it again, but when you set the price, make sure not to use a comma, just put 200
- Save the changes and check if the issue persists
The reason I’m asking is because there’s a known bug with commas and free shipping, which our team is already working on and a fix should be added on a future version soon.
