• Emails were being blocked as spam, I guess. Installed Easy WP SMTP to send email via a specified SMTP host and emails were then able to go through. Glad it worked as it’s a good plugin that handles a “hole” in WooCommerce emailing, IMO.

    Hi @ljezard

    I just did a test and it works fine for me. I can probably resolve this with you.

    Could you move this to a support thread instead of a 1 star rating?
    Happy to help you then.

    Kind regards,

    Followed your instructions to another user and got it to work. So, editing to 5 stars ??

    Thanks a bunch ??. All the best!

    @conschneider, not my thread, just related. I have seen SMTP issues which you were able to help. Will the plugin have any issues with mailpoet as the sender?

    @manuell
    Mailpoet may use it’s own hooks, overwriting the WooCommerce ones. If that is the case, my plugin won’t work.
    I haven’t tested with Mailpoet so I can’t say for sure.
    If you run into any trouble I am happy to take a look though to see if I can make it work.

    Thank you for your response @conschneider. I was out of office. I use Mailpoet as a sender, and the plugin still does only send one email to the admin for new orders. Normally WC sends to more than one recipient to admins for new order mails, but this has not been the case with me.

    Hi @manuell

    > I was out of office.

    Me too. ??

    I just signed up for Mailpoet and did a test. I am afraid it works for me fine when using Mailpoet as a sender: https://share.zight.com/4guGxyA9
    As you can see in the above screenshot the mail is delivered via the wpdatacenter which tells us Mailpoet is the relay.

    Maybe do a conflict test?
