Disappointed

  • I took the paid version to have all the features. The plugin is based on a good idea: having all the upsell options in a single plugin, but I am disappointed to have paid because the plugin is poorly made and has a lot of problems.
    Here is a list of problems I encountered:

    • Upsell popups do not open all the time, the basket is marked at zero even though the customer has just added a product. If the customer closes the popup and puts the product back in the shopping cart, they arrive on an error page because this adds an “undefined” at the end of the url
    • For upsells in the shopping cart and at checkout, the product images are distorted.
    • You can’t modify much on the template, the buttons, the text size and the font cannot be modified (except through CSS, but that should be modifiable in the plugin)
    • The one-click-upsell after the purchase is completely unusable because the layout is much too complicated (only short codes) it should be completely customizable.

      It’s really sad because the idea is good, but poorly executed which means that the plugin is not usable for my website because it has too many problems which damage the brand image of my website and makes me lose a lot time to resolve the problems created by this plugin. In short, I lost my money.
      Otherwise the after-sales team is responsive and friendly, but I don’t want to waste so much time helping to develop the plugin. I would like a functional plugin, especially when I pay!
