  • Hey there, @jervinpdx! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

As I understand you want to sync your products with Square, but is facing issues, correct?

Can you please confirm if your website has the requirements to sync?

    1. Ensure Connection: Before proceeding, make sure that your WooCommerce store is already?connected?to your Square account.
    2. Background Processing: Ensure that your website supports background processing. This is essential for syncing product data between Square and WooCommerce.

Can you please check this guide and confirm if you followed all the steps needed?

If you have, please share a screenshot of your Square settings so we can take a look. You can send more than one if it is needed so we can see everything.
I recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hi @carolm29,

Yes, I definitely made sure I met the requirements needed.
I’m just wondering why I’m missing the “Import Products” button.

I’m trying to sync my products from Square to WooCommerce.

Below is a screenshot where I’m supposed to find the import button.

Is there another way to import products from Square to WooCommerce?

    Hi @jervinpdx

Everything looks correct, and the import all products button should be there. Could you please try disconnecting, reinstalling, and then reconnecting your Square account to see if that resolves the issue?

Additionally, head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients – Clear
    • Clear template cache – Clear
    • Capabilities – Reset Capabilities

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    @shameemreza

I did all the steps but it’s still missing the button.

Thank you for reaching back, clarifying things further @jervinpdx .

As a next step, kindly make sure logging is enabled (the checkbox towards the bottom of the screen, as exemplified here), and share the logs with us here — preferably via a service like https://quickforget.com/.

We look forward to your response. In the meantime, please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
