    Hi –

I set up Site Kit a few years ago and have recently redeveloped the website. Now its saying that I don’t have permission to see stats and I need to ask the admin for permission.

The admin it refers to is my own WP username, but Site Kit is seeing me as my Google/ GA profile.

Can you point me towards the page where the WP profile is active and I can grant my Google profile the permissions I need?

    Thanks very much

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thanks for reaching out @lissycah. Based on the error you’re reporting, this may have been caused by changes at Analytics level, or within some configurations at Site Kit level. To troubleshoot this further and ensure you can see data as expected, please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.??
    2. Do you recall connecting any services after Google Analytics, such as AdSense, maybe using a different Google account? I ask as if you did, Site Kit will switch to your administrator profile using that last connected Google account, which may not have access to the previously connect Google Analytics property.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above. Once we have the above, we can advise on this further. Note that you can disconnect the Google Analytics module at any time, and connect to your preferred Google Analytics account and property which your Site Kit connected Google account has access to.

thank you so much @jamesosborne and apologies for the delayed reply. It was a simple matter of logging in with the correct administrator – all sorted for now. Thanks again.
