Need Help : Error When Importing XML File from wp.com

  • Hi, I have blog from wordpress.com and now trying to move to a www.ads-software.com blog, when I try to upload xml file from previous blog, I get this Error message :

    File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini.

    but when I check
    post_max_size : 8M
    upload_max_filesize : 5M
    My XML file Size : 1.86 MB,

    What’s wrong?

    When I ask my Host’s CS, they said to try another FTP program or upload it directly to file manager?

    Can someone help me? Thanks before.
