    Hi,

    I am having an issue with WooCommerce when making new products. On the inventory tab of the product after publishing it, it keeps ticking the “Sold Individually” box. After going back in, unchecking it and updating the product it re-enables it.

    Please can I get help resolving this as it is causing issues in getting more products listed and affecting sales.

    Hi Ben, @chariotsofthyer

    This is certainly unusual, and it may imply a third-party code conflict with your site causing this behavior. Are you using any plugins that modify your product creation/edit process in any way? Or any code snippet? If so, can you disable them and confirm whether the issue persists?

    Maybe also a conflict with your theme. Can you please try this with a default theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four and see if the problem persists?

    I went through all my plugins one by one and WooCommerce Xero seemed be causing the conflict.

    Thank you for the additional details. I’m glad you were able to find the culprit. Just to be sure, can you tell us if this is the plugin you’re using? https://woocommerce.com/products/xero/ Or do you mean any other one? Can you please share the link to it?

    If this is a third-party plugin, though, you can reach out to their developers instead, of course.

    Hey @omarfpg,

    WooCommerce PayPal Payments was causing the same issue on one of my sites. As soon as I deactivated it I was able to uncheck Sold Individually. Re-activated and had the same issue.
