    Hi there,
    I have a problem with the missed cache and I don’t understand how to solve the problem, I tried lots of things, but nothing works… Even by deactivating all the plugins and reactivating them one by one, I still have cache miss. If you can tell me what to do to have the cache hit and not miss.

    please provide the report number

    you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    looks to me the server stack is Apache + OLS ?

    this is most likely a server configuration issue , I’d suggest to check with your hosting provider.

    I have already seen them and they tell me that everything is normal on their side…! This is why I come to you. If not, tell me what I can tell them to fix this problem!

    from surface, I think it has to do something to do with either 1) the .htaccess rules for caching is not placed at OLS side , or 2) the cache storage path is not properly set at OLS side, so OLS can not properly save the cache to disk , which leads to continuous cache miss.
