Repeated PHP Warnings about thumbnail size

    We’re getting repeated warnings like this, all having to do with line 846:

    PHP Warning: Undefined variable $bsk_pdf_manager_show_thumbnail_size in /var/www/html/ec/ecosacramento.net/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/bsk-pdf-manager-pro/classes/widgets/widget-selector.php on line 846

    I am linking to one page, but it happens wherever we have a BSK PDF linked.
