    Hi,

    I have a big problem with images on my WordPress website, it takes now very long time every time I open my media file to find a picture for my article.

    Then, I read that your plugin can help solve problem, and I didn’t try free version but pro directly.

    But it doesn’t work, every time I try to find an unused picture I have timeout page.

    Then I tried to contact support, but the last password I use to connect on your website stop working, I don’t know why and when I click on lost password, they don’t send email to made new password.

    What can I do?

    • your PHP version
    • server timeout value
    • approximate number of images on your site

    Hi,

    I still can’t connect to your website.

    The first password I used to connect stopped working, then I tried to create another one by clicking lost password, but I didn’t receive the email to create a new password.

    And I try again today, 20 minutes ago and still not received email, you need to resolve this problem.

    My php is 8.2

    A timeout occurred Error code 524

    15 555 images
