    Hi,

    On Click Save button project , getting white screen. Also nothing happeneg on click button Update tables structure. I tested Roll back to Version 3.4.4? but nothing happened.

    Even all same are woking fine on my local xampp server. Please guide me how can we fix it.

    Using PHP version8.1.27 (Supports 64bit values) , I have also tested only with this plugin after deactivate all the plugins. Also I imported all the tables from working local xampp server afterr delete 4 existing tables. After that Admin is showing all those project but same issue. On save appear white screen and url shows – https://www.domainname.com/wp-admin/admin.php?

    Already have done many time. Even have done all deactivated except this plugin . Same issue. Seems specific requirement for your this plugin.

    Please check the server error log and console section using the inspect element if there is any error. It can help us to debug the issue.

    There is no server error log file nor console section using the inspect element there is any error. Checked different browsers. We are using Rank Math SEO and WP rocket but after disable same issue. Can you provide yuur private area so can provide login details.

    Last reply 5 days earlier. LOT OF BUGS . NOT WORK ANY PHP VERSION ALSO . NO SUPPORT. NO SOLUTION .

    WOW! What a your system , software , website. Your whole system is buggy. What can you do if you do not get submission form email from your website ?

    I’d like to open this thread back up. I’m experiencing the same issue WebHostingPeople is talking about. I was using an older version of wordpress and was getting a white screen. I just updated to 6.6.1 and am still having the same issue. I’ve deactivated all plugins besides MPG. I tried rolling back versions all the way from 3.4.7 to 3.3.23 and still had the same issue.

    I would like to note it seems to only be an issue when selecting the entity type of pages. Posts entity type seems to work okay.

    Though when I select posts as the entity and try to upload an excel file it doesnt upload the file. Ive also tried in multiple browsers to see if maybe that was the issue. I tried uploading on different versions ranging from 3.4.7 to 3.3.23

    Hi @bsmallwood,

    Thank you for sharing the issue with us. It’s been a while since the original owner of the thread reported the problem and since then we had the latest release where a similar issue that we were able to replicate with some clients was fixed.

    So with version 3.4.7 a blank page/upload of a file that was happening could be addressed but I see you mentioned that you tried using this latest version.
    One thing to note, if you were using plugin before with earlier versions, I recommend you to try clearing cache of the browser or simply try logging in to dashboard of your website via incognito mode of the browser to be sure that no files are cached because that issue which we fixed involved updates to JS files and if file is cached you might still face the same problem.

    If the problem persists after following these steps, can you open console of the browser when you make the action and see if there are any errors populated in the console? If there are any, please make a screenshot of those.

    If you are redirected to a blank page, do you get to wp-admin/admin.php? page as well in the browser URL?

    Hey @bvytis, thanks so much for the reply! I’ve made some progress with your suggestions.
    I updated the plugin to 3.4.7 then deactivated it and cleared all cache and cookies, then i reactivated it and cleared all cache and cookies and it did let me create a new project with the page entity type. The upload file option still wasn’t working so I cleared all cache and cookies again and now its letting me upload a file.

    The issue I’m encountering now is the uploaded file is showing that it has more rows than the file I’m uploading has. For example the file I’m uploading has 6 rows and the preview is showing 16. I just tried clearing all cookies and cache again and now it seems like I cant upload a new file or clear out the existing data I uploaded. I did open up the console but not sure if it will be much help its just some jQuery deprecation errors and I’m not sure how to add an image here.

    After this I was able to completely delete the project again and restart with a new file uploaded and it brought in the correct number of rows. I’m worried about all the deleting/cache clearing however because I plan on using this plugin on a production site and having to delete the project if I choose to add more rows etc would be frustrating.
