    Hi @simeon78,

Thanks for writing in. Could you please refer to this documentation guide:https://docs.wpuserregistration.com/docs/emails-are-not-being-delivered/ to solve the issue with the email delivery.

Do let us know whether it works for you or not and I will get back to you.

    Regards!

We are currently experiencing the same/similar error.

Mails are being sent to us, but only to the site administrator and not to the mail address stored in “New User Registered Email”

I also have this issue. I am using a disposable email service (mailinator) that does not have a junk mail folder, it receives everything, and I used the same provider for other forms on my site, so it is not a spam issue. Also, since the email verification email is always on, it is also not a site or plugin configuation issue. I have WordPress 6.5.4 and UR 3.2.1.1.

    Hi @stephunique and @agenturanmut,

    Thanks for writing back

Would you please install and activate the following plugin?
    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/check-email/
In the Check & Log Email plugin, you can enable the email delivery log from the plugin’s settings.
Would you please enable it and see the delivery status of the emails sent? If you see green on the status, this means that the plugin is sending the email but the delivery is being blocked. In this case, you will have to contact your email server and let them know about this issue.
Please check this video. Listen to the instructions on this one.

We were able to solve our problem. It had nothing to do with the plugin directly – thanks for the help anyway.

    Hello,

For some unknown reason, even though I did nothing differently, today I created a new test user and discovered the confirmaiton email was received by the test user. But I have a separate questio about that.

First of all, I did what you said and the log was green and said an email was successfully sent.

But the email that was received by the test user was a confirmational email confirming and congratulating them that they have registered. The body says this:

    “Hi User,
You have successfully completed user registration on?mytestsite(.)com.
Please visit ‘My Account‘ page to edit your account details and create your user profile on mytestsite(.)com.
    Thank You!”

And the subject says “Congratulations! Registration complete!”. The user still doesn’t get an email asking them to verify that they want to register by clicking on a link.

    Hello again,

I would like to add I have had instances in the past when UR randomly stopped sending emails upon registration as well and simply allowed users to register without verifying their email address, and it also seemingly mysteriously fixed itself.

    Hi @stephunique,

Sorry for the delay. Could you please make sure that you have chosen “Auto Approval after Email Confirmation” in User Approval And Login Option?

    Hello

@sanjuacharya77 The form sends email now after I changed the setting to “Auto Approval after Email Confirmation” in the individual form settings. I apologise for such a silly error on my part. I had it on “Auto Approval after Manual log in” because I thought it meant the user had to log in on their own after their account is confirmed by email. Actually the words “auto approval” confused me because I thought it meant the user would be automatically approved without having to click on a verification link in an email, so I didn’t touch that setting and left it as what it was. Now I understand auto approval means, the administrator does not have to manually approve the new user. Thank you! I am happy to mark this as resolved now.

    Hi,
I have installed User Registration Ver. 3.2.1.3 free version (upgraded today), from about 1 week I have problem with New User Registered Email Notification that not arrive to admin address. I’ve installed Check&LogEmail plugin, other notification arrive correctly with green status (Email Confirmation and registration pending to the user), also test email correctly arrive at the address I indicated as admin , but not the Admin notification that is not present in the logs. So it doesn’t really get sent.
Hope you can help me. Thanks for support.

I have not solved the problem yet… anyone can help?

    I’ve the same issue.
Mails are not sent to admin.
    Mails to users are ok.
I’ve installed the plugin to check email and all is correct.
I’ve check in admin email spam folder
I’ve also changed 4 different email addresses for admin email.
    ADMIN CAN NOT RECEIVE EMAIL

I notice that it is a common issue, clearly is relaated to this plugin that, a part from this big issue, is great!

    To be more precise:
If I use option “Auto approval and manual login” … admin receives emails

Hi @ilroby, I temporarily solved the problem by installing the previous old version, 3.1.5…. but it’s not a great solution since I disabled automatic updates…
