Dropdown Icons Disappearing

    I’m encountering an issue on my WordPress (built with Elementor Pro) site where the dropdown menu icons disappear shortly after the page loads. My site is still under construction so I’ve created a staging site. Here are the details:

    Site Information:

    • Theme: OceanWP (also tested with default themes)

    Issue Description:

    • The dropdown icons show for a split second when the page loads but then disappear.
    • This issue occurs on specific pages like the My Account page, Cart, and Checkout but not on every dropdown menu across the site.

    Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

    1. Deactivated all plugins except Elementor and Elementor Pro – issue persists.
    2. Switched to a default WordPress theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-One) – issue persists.
    3. Reviewed and removed custom CSS – no impact.
    4. Enabled Elementor Safe Mode – issue persists.

    Suggestions:

    • deactivate plugins including Elementor and Elementor Pro
    • check for any optimizer plugins or similar software that might be involved
    • request guidance from WooCommerce plugin support
