woocommerce_marketplace_fetch_promotions failed and cannot be deleted

Hello, I have exactly same issue.

Update: it is fixed with Woocommerce 9.0.0 > Fix – Switch marketplace promotions from Action Scheduler to transient (https://developer.woocommerce.com/2024/06/18/woocommerce-9-0-our-most-accessible-checkout-and-much-more/#more-8759704): https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/pull/47262

Tested and this scheduled action has been removed so all good now ??
