    Hi Pixel Your Site,

Since last week, all purchase events on my website are fired 2-3 times consistently.

Before, sometimes some events were fired 2-3 times randomly. but this time it has been consistent last 10 – 15 events.

I turned off “Track events automatically without code” and only add an event “Complete Registration” event in Event Setup Tool as this is not a standard event on WooCommerce (it counts correctly for this event so far).

Can you let me know how to fix this issue? Thank you.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Some pixel IDs that had Track events automatically without code turned ON in the past are affected by a bug where this option still works event if it’s actually OFF. The only solution I know is to replace the pixel ID.

I don’t know if this is the case here, but you can test your purhcase events and check if they are all fired by our plugin. Our events will have a parameter showing our plugin’s name. If you notice purhcase events without this parameter, they are not ours. This is a good indication that you are affected by the bug I mentioned.

Thank you. Can you let me know how to check this “…Our events will have a parameter showing our plugin’s name.” => I only found this: https://ibb.co/dk2gYVT

And by the way, do you know how to upgrade this to real time. https://ibb.co/cktVD2J

    1. Use Pixel Helper Chrome extension to test your events. Make a transaction, and click on the reported Purchase events to see the parameters.
    2. It’s a false positive, all our API events are sent in real time.
