    We are in Canada, And consent mode is only applicable to end users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK.
    Apart from this yes we followed the instruction which is available in shared doc.

    I have checked your site with https://tagassistant.google.com/ tool and found some issues.
    These issues either can be caused by misconfiguration of the plugin, conflict with another plugin, or due to the active theme.

    To find out what is causing this, could switch your theme to TT4 and check your site with https://tagassistant.google.com for any errors?

    To help you further, I’d like to review your site’s System Status Report.
    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

    Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com
    After that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.
