    we are using the ELEXtension DHL plugin and we are always getting a white page with an error message:

    There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

    …when we try Save/show Tracking info button – the DHL Packet Shipment Tracking number and date box on the right side of our page. When we go back a page, the information is saved…

    Please let us know how can we avoid the error. It happens Everythime, since it was implemented!
